Question:
Can I transfer the data sets from the CD ROM onto my own computer for my personal use?
Response:
Yes you are permitted to make a single copy of the data documents for your own personal use however you need to be aware that the index search may not work correctly when you transfer the files. This is because when the main document loads it looks for the index file and expect to find it on the CD ROM.
If the index file cannot be found you will see an error message, just click the close box to remove the message.
You will still be able to use the Find/Search command however without the index file, the complete document will be searched and as there are over 6000 pages this will take some time.
If you decide to go ahead, then locate the folder for your version of Adobe Reader on the CD ROM
Once you have located the appropriate folder you can use
your Computer File Manager to copy all the documents and sub folders to your
computer.
You are not permitted to distribute copies of the above data documents to anyone
else for any reason whatsoever. Each document has a
hidden & traceable attribute and FACHRS regard the distribution of the files as
unlawful.
